For this meeting we will be holding a discussion on "Are ICBs the opportunity to finally crack the digital nut?" with Tom Bell, Founder and Director of Cormetis Consulting and SIG chair David Kwo, EPR Programme Director for Stabilisation and Optimisation at Frimley Health, Digital Consultant for Children's Hospital Ireland & Former CIO of various NHS Trusts.
Tom and David will facilitate a conversation around the role that ICBs can play in using digital to improve safety, productivity and performance in healthcare. They will illustrate problems they see with the current ICB digital landscape and suggest ways forward. The session will cover: ICB role, consistency and standardisation of services, coordination and integration of care, digital blueprints, people/culture and transformation.
