Nominate someone for a Care award
First, you’ll need to browse the list of award categories available this year and decide which award is best suited to your nominee. Then you’ll need to write a detailed description explaining why you’re nominating them. Read the guidance on how to write a nomination and/or watch a video from our judging panel on what makes a winning nomination.

You’ll also need:
your nominee’s name, employer name, address, and contact details
details of relevant work or volunteering they’ve done
details of why this person deserves an award, how their work has made a difference and/or other recognition they’ve received
2 supporting examples to back up your nomination - these can be from you (the nominator) or from other people who have been positively affected by their work
You can include any evidence you have of recognition your nominee has received for their achievements, for example, client/colleague feedback, photos, or letters. The closing date for entries is 5pm on 12th April 2024.
