Introducing Circle: Our Online Community Platform

Circle is our new online community and learning platform.

We’ve been listening to members and reviewing how we support you. The result is Circle - a refreshed, more intuitive members area that also automates membership management and improves access to information.

Circle works on desktop and via a mobile app, so you can access it wherever you are.

Learn with Care and Support West

This area brings together our growing library of learning and support resources.

You’ll find:

• Templates, guides and presentations

• Staff training and onboarding materials

• Resources you can filter by topic, including:

  • Employment law

  • Absence management

  • HR best practice

  • CQC Single Assessment Framework

We’ve also organised:

• Our lobbying and sector reports, including our annual cost pressures report shared with regulators and government

• A video library of recorded workshops, lunch and learns, and training sessions

• Practical training videos to help upskill existing staff

• Book and manage your event attendance directly

This is just the beginning.

We’ll be adding more tools and features over time, including:
