Care and Support West are passionate about supporting the development of future social care leaders

Organised by Care and Support West, we are pleased to announce another cohort of our Aspiring Managers’ Network for social care staff. There are networks available to join in Bath & North East Somerset, Bristol, North Somerset, and South Glos. Download the latest programme flyer here.

Our network sessions are held virtually via Zoom and offer aspiring social care managers a safe space to discuss challenges, opportunities, and skills development.

The networks are open to any aspiring manager working in adult social care. All topics are chosen to be relevant to managers of any type of adult social care service.

The networks are 50% Networking and 50% Training but they are 100% sharing thoughts and ideas and experiences and learning from each other. For our initial batch of sessions, we will be using Skills for Care’s Manager Induction Standards as a framework for our discussions. 

Joining the Network this year costs £40 per participant for 5 x two-hour sessions and access to a growing library of shared resources. We know you are on a budget so our aim is to offer cost-effective management training and real value for money.
