IHSCM Upcoming Events

The IHSCM have the following events coming up between now and the end of 2024 which may be of interest.

IHSCM Masterclass: How to Lead with Compassion

Tue 26 Nov 2024 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM GMT

Leading with compassion involves a focus on relationships by attentively listening to, comprehending, empathising with, and backing others. This approach allows those we guide to feel appreciated, respected, and nurtured, empowering them to tap into their potential and excel in their roles. There is clear evidence that compassionate leadership fosters a more engaged and motivated workforce with a high sense of wellbeing, which subsequently translates into high quality care.

Are you a compassionate leader? Would you like to be?

Join our CEO Jon Wilks as he helps you navigate How to Lead with Compassion.

This interactive session will cover:

  • a compassionate history of art

  • Professor Michael West’s 4 stages of compassion

  • lived experiences

  • a compassionate charter

  • and more
