Introducing you to ‘The Value of Working in Social Care’

Care & Support West is hosting a free virtual workshop for owners and managers working in social care, focused on the benefits of engaging with trainee student nurses, T-level students, apprentices and paramedics.

This practical session will explore how social care providers can support learners, strengthen their workforce pipeline, and gain real value from placements and training partnerships. Speakers from health, education and the sector will share insight, lived experience and guidance on available support.
