Contact Information and Offer of Support Sessions - Sirona Care & Health

Support sessions

The Care Home Support Team can provide informal support sessions on the following subjects.

We have developed from our practical hands-on nursing experience a growing set of resources to support knowledge. This is not competency assessed but offers support and insight into the specific conditions aimed at improving care through discussion and knowledge.

Most sessions are approximately 45 minutes to 1.5 hours.

If you would like some targeted support, please email us on sirona.carehomes@nhs.net and we will get back to you.

If there is something you need help with that is not listed again please get in touch.

We are also happy to help with clinical action planning if that is required.
