Safeguarding Forum - 27th January 2026

The Adult Strategic Safeguarding Team will be hosting the next Safeguarding Forum for all care providers supporting people who live in South Gloucestershire on Tuesday 27th January 2026. The forum is an in-person event and provides an opportunity to network with council and other colleagues and listen to a range of speakers on a variety of topics linked to adult safeguarding. It will take place between 10am and 12pm at Warmley Community Centre (arrivals from 9.30am - tea and coffee will be available). The topic will be 'What makes a good care service?' It will be an interactive session with opportunities to contribute your ideas and ask questions. Places are limited so you will need to book a place by emailing adultstrategicsafeguarding@southglos.gov.uk.

Please do not attend without booking a place as we may not be able to accommodate you.

There is free parking available, located behind the Community Centre. Hot water, cows milk and caffeinated tea/coffee will be available, but due to budget restrictions we are unable to cater for more specific dietary needs.
