Autumn 2022 Proud to Care recruitment marketing campaign launch!

 

This recruitment campaign will promote jobs in care via social media from mid-August and will run for three months, ending mid-October. It features local people talking passionately about their work and uses market research to target our messages.

The campaign activity consists of:

  • New social media ads which go live on Monday 15th August, including a warm-hearted 2-minute film which you can see here: https://www.beproudtocare.co.uk/.

  • An updated landing page (link above), pointing people in the direction of local jobs via the Proud to Care websites (see link above).

  • A hard copy leaflet – to support word-of-mouth marketing (100 copies coming to you by post in 3rd week of August).

  • A digital brochure (which you can link to on our landing page), helping people explore the range of jobs in care in more detail

  • An Employer’s pack, with suggestions on how you can use the materials provided to promote jobs through your networks (see link on beproudtocare.co.uk).

  • Social media templates for job vacancies and Facebook banners (see links below).


Three ways you can support the campaign:

  1. Take a look at the Employer’s pack (attached).

  2. Ask staff in your team to talk to people in their network about jobs in care – the Employer’s pack explains this in more detail, and a leaflet to support this will be arriving by post over the next week or so.

  3. Please help us monitor results. Please see our suggested feedback form, attached. We’d like to know whether any of the people you interview for jobs has seen the campaign. You may also get a call from someone in the Proud to Care team to ask for your feedback.
