What’s on the agenda?
The theme will be based around government plans aimed at “ Get Britain working” and which local schemes are available to support getting people into work. This includes guidance on work experience, placements, and development opportunities that are essential for building a strong adult social care workforce. We know that investing in skills not only fosters a more confident and motivated workforce but also aids in retention and growth. This ensures that we have individuals with the right skills both now and in the future.
