Care and Support West are also pleased to launch the pilot project with 2 new Trusted Assessors working at the BRI and Southmead to support Bristol City Council Providers, so your input will help shape how their new role can support you and your residents.
 
We want to learn about how your assessments are currently working, and workshop together about how to navigate a Trusted Assessor approach in social care.
