Bath and North East Somerset Council (B&NES) Provider Presentation
Dear B&NES providers,
Please see the link to this set of PPT slides and note in particular slide 13 which sets out the planned framework weekly fee level for the new framework bands in B&NES from April 1st 2027 to March 2028. These bands only apply to new packages of care from the April 1st 2027 date.
Please also note that any package of care commissioned before April 1st 2027 (including those currently in place) will remain at the fee level currently being paid by the Council for that commissioned package post April 1st 2027 ---- that is to say --- whether they are above or below the new banding fee level.
