Specialist Framework Provider Survey - please complete by 12th August

Dear all,

We would really appreciate you or your teams taking the time to complete the Specialist Framework Provider Survey. The survey has been co-produced with provider representatives from the Commissioning Transformation Programme Board and is part of on-going work that will inform service development and future commissioning intentions.

To make this as convenient as possible we have set the response form so that questions can be divided up and completed by different team members. If doing this, please do ensure that you have covered all relevant questions between you. 

All responses will be analysed and used to produce two reports: a detailed report available to responding providers, and a highlights report available to all providers.

The deadline for completing the survey is Wednesday 12th August.
