About WorkWell - Who can you refer to WorkWell?
WorkWell West is a free programme here to support people who are finding it difficult to stay in their job, return to work, or find a new role.
You are eligible for our support if you meet the below:
Are aged 16 or over.
Live in Bristol, North Somerset, or South Gloucestershire (or are registered to a GP in one of these areas).
Have any health condition or disability.
To refer to us you can complete a brief referral form on our website Referral form - WorkWell West and a member of our team will be in touch with you to see how they can help.
If you are eligible then you will be assigned to one of our friendly Work and Health Coaches who will create a personalised plan with you based on your needs.
Update on the WorkWell Programme
We are proud to announce that WorkWell West is no longer a pilot project and has moved into phase 2 due to the success of our programme.
In phase 1 we:
Over 2,250 people have started the WorkWell programme
Supported 1,800 people to help them with their health and work issues
Achieved a 96% satisfaction rate gathered using 8 week satisfaction surveys
Nearly 60% of our participants felt better able to manage their own health conditions following taking part in the programme.
We now hope to do much more moving forward and we hope that we can support you and your community.
We have supported participants with a wide range of health conditions and disabilities as can be seen above
At WorkWell West we would like to connect and collaborate with those reading this newsletter, such as community groups, schools, sport facilities and local authorities.
