We are now at the halfway point of the Adult Social Care Workforce Survey.  Please see the survey link below and all the supporting communications materials from Skills for Care who commissioned Ipsos to analyse the results.

As you’ll be aware, it’s the biggest picture of what it’s like to work in social care, and the results are essential for making improvements to every day working for everyone from frontline carers, to registered managers and senior leaders over the long-term – never more crucial with various current national government priorities on social care.
