• Mental Health and Lived Experience. An honest and useful first hand account from Justine and Ali at Independent Mental Health Network on what helps and hinders a person who might be crises with their mental health. • ASIST. Suicide is everybody's business. This is the essential face to face two day suicide intervention training, delivered by the experienced Maggie Cameron (background in The Samaritans) and Vince McClaughlin (background in NHS Mental Health Crises Teams). • Mental Health and Welfare Benefits. People with mental health difficulties can often slip down the net when it comes to benefits.
