Care and Support in Your Home - Round 4 Closure date brought forward

We would like to notify you that we have brought forward the closure date for Round 4, which is the next opportunity to be awarded a place on the Pseudo Dynamic Purchasing System.
The closure date was 30th November 2025, but it is now Tuesday 30th September 2025. 

The reason for doing this is to support with the re-commissioning of our Reablement Service, which will be a call off from the Care and Support in Your Home Framework. Organisations wishing to apply for the Reablement Service tender will need to have achieved or be accredited for the Partnership Lot. We are planning to go out to tender on the Reablement Service in December 2025 (date to be confirmed), so by bringing the closure of Round 4 forwards to 30th September it allows providers who may be interested in applying for the Reablement Service the chance to apply or re-apply for the Partnership Lot.
