Update on Charging Policy
To ensure we can continue to deliver high-quality training and offer places fairly, we are updating our cancellation and non-attendance policy.
Effective immediately, the full course fee will be charged in the event of:
Late cancellations (less than 7 working days before the course date)
Non-attendance without prior notice.
This is because last-minute cancellations and no-shows prevent others from booking available places and result in avoidable costs.
In addition, while our Bitesize Sessions remain free to attend, a £25.00 fee will be applied for non-attendance where we have not been informed in advance.
If you are no longer able to attend any session, please notify us as soon as possible so that we can reallocate your place.
Training Tip of the Month!
Training works best when you’re able to fully focus. Before booking, check that the date fits with your workload and other commitments. Setting the time aside in advance helps you get the full benefit and keeps learning stress-free.
