Do you use apprenticeships? Would you like to share your thoughts on apprenticeships with us for our new research project?

At CoProduce Care we have an exciting new project we are currently working on which is looking at the use of apprenticeships, and whether our local BNSSG care providers are benefitting from using apprenticeship levy transfers to fund this training. 

In this project we would like to find out your views on apprenticeships. We would like to know – are apprenticeships benefiting your staff and your business, are they providing the skills that you and your workforce needs, do they help you with recruitment and retention, how are apprenticeships received by staff, do they want to do them or are factors like the cost of living impacting their ability to commit to studying for a new qualification, how easy is it to access funding for training?
