CoProduce Care would like to thank everyone who was able to attend our Caring Together Workshop. We gained invaluable insight into systems that are working locally to care together which will help inform our project going forward.

However, there is still time to add your voice. 

We still want to hear about the systems, or initiatives, or examples of best practice you are using to work collaboratively with health, to see where there are possibilities to build more sustainable and resilient social care and health partnerships, but also to identify where there may be barriers to working together, and what impact these are having.
