Domestic Abuse Services - Seeking Feedback from Professionals & Survivors

Good afternoon,

I am writing to request your support with two surveys we are currently carrying out in relation to how our domestic abuse services are currently supporting survivors in North Somerset.

The first survey is for professionals working in North Somerset – https://forms.gle/i42kxZHfZLdVs3Nw5 - your responses will be vital in helping us to understand how well the services are currently positioned to work with partners and flag up and gaps or areas where things are working well.

The second survey we are undertaking is with victims and survivors or loved ones who may be seeking or used domestic abuse support services in North Somerset - https://forms.office.com/Pages/ResponsePage.aspx?id=IKuBzDY8LkWupbd7L95v8xS1GUQaxXNPjqiJboJsDUxUOFE1S0c4TTZPUzRPN1dQU0c3UlU1NVkzUC4u – this will enable us to understand what difficulties victim/survivors may face and any additional barriers to accessing support and services and how we might overcome these. We are also looking to set up a group of ‘experts by experience’, for survivors who are interested in using their experiences to directly influence service design and development.

Please could you I ask that you share these links widely with both colleagues in your organisations and with service users you are working with. The more responses we receive, the more responsive we can be to areas of development or redesign.
