Please see attached final version of the SAR thematic review looking at regional themes from SARs in relation to the Mental Capacity Act.

This is the final version and can be shared internally and externally.

ADASS South West (Hosted by BCP Council) will be delivering a series of learning events aimed at practitioners rather than strategic leads who may have been involved/invited to working groups, drafts etc. of this review.
