Overture Recruitment Model from Altura Learning, Cohesion and Care Friends
We are delighted to announce ‘Overture’, the recruitment and learning model, specifically created for the Care sector, from Altura Learning, Cohesion and Neil Eastwood’s new employee referral app, Care Friends. The model builds access to online learning into the recruitment journey and enhances recommendations from applicants. We want to help you to make the recruitment process simpler, more effective and engaging for both you and your applicants, in a bid to reduce dropout rates and increase long term retention.
We all know that recruitment and retention of a highly engaged and skilled workforce is a challenge within our sector. We want to collate industry best practice and develop a wider recruitment and retention strategy. Our sector sees 25-50% drop out during pre-employment; and we believe better engagement will improve this.
