Mindfulness Training at Deerhurst House

Karolina Nowadczyk, from Brunel, gave a very well received presentation at the last General Meeting in September and was asked about further sessions by several care homes. Accordingly, Brunel decided to run 3 Mindfulness Training sessions in November: Monday 11th; Monday 18th; Monday 25th

All sessions will run from 9.00 until 12.00. The cost is £50 pp payable in advance.

The venue will be Deerhurst House; Deerhurst Road, Bristol, BS15 1XH. There will be refreshments available, and there is parking on site.
