This workshop welcomed Amie Murphy from Proud to Care - South Gloucestershire Council here to give advice, hints, and tips on recruitment and retention. Members from the Local Integrated Care Program came to update and inform us on what is coming down the track and new in the world of Adult Care and we will bring us the much-awaited update on the Workforce Development Fund. Each speaker offered the opportunity for a Q&A. We also have a report from Alethea Mizen, our very own Health & Wellbeing Lead for Social Care.
