Events to support leaders at every level
Alongside the challenge, we continue to bring you a rich programme of events designed to support leaders at every level. You can explore upcoming events via our Events page and catch up on recent highlights, including the Neighbourhood Health Series, High Performance Leadership modules, and Systems Leadership Programme.
Neighbourhood Health Series — showcasing how ICBs, councils, VCSE partners, housing associations and communities work together to tackle inequalities
High Performance Leadership modules — building self‑awareness, team culture, and leadership behaviours
Systems Leadership Programme — introducing models like Cynefin to help leaders act effectively in complex environments
These sessions matter because today’s leaders must navigate workforce pressures, system fragmentation, digital transformation, and rising inequalities — all while leading across boundaries.
