It is a leadership podcast launched by the IHSCM’s Women in Leadership Special Interest Group in March 2024. The podcast aims to:

  • Encourage the development and promotion of women at senior levels.

  • Represent women at senior levels.

  • Establish an agenda that achieves change.

  • Create a guide with practical steps to help leaders act on change and provide support.

  • Focus on tangible outcomes and practical tips.

 
The podcast celebrates the achievements and insights of remarkable women leaders from the SIG, with each episode sharing the unique experiences, challenges, and triumphs of women in leadership roles.

  • Episode 1: Meet Oluwatosinloba Adewunmi, who highlights the profound impact of small acts of kindness and support in her leadership journey.
