IHSCM Workforce Wellbeing Conference

Join us for a virtual conference organised by the members of our Workforce Wellbeing Special Interest Group.

14:05-14:25 The Cave Community - Join Jon Wilks, CEO, IHSCM & Sue Jones, Director of Social Care, IHSCM for an insightful session as they discuss the inbuilt human psyche and consider the lessons we can learn from prehistoric humans on wellbeing and the power of community collaboration for collective prosperity.

14:25-14:45 Wellbeing Programmes: The Great, The Good and The Ugly. We will be joined by Jamie Humphrey, CEO & Co-founder of ReechUs Wellbeing, Lisa LLoyd HG.Dip.P, CPsychol, MSc., P.G.C.E., BSc.HonsChartered Psychologist, Psychotherapist & Founder of It’s Time for Change, and Gemma Ellison, Founder, Heart Leadership for a though provoking session as we explore wellbeing programmes from the perspective of both employee health & environment health.

We'll explore effective methods to implement this and share insights on how to foster team engagement in these initiatives as well as sharing a case study.
