Update on Employment Law changes
The current Parliamentary session has now come to an end, which means over the next couple of months we’ll be able to start giving you more details on the Bills which have passed and become Acts. We have to wait for the government to publish regulations to know how these Acts will work in practice, which is why we aren’t going to send any legal updates around just yet. Over the next couple of months we’ll be updating you as soon as possible once we have the detail, so keep your eyes peeled for those.

Flexible working: your responsibilities as an employer: With the Flexible Working Bill passing its third reading last week, we’ll soon see some slight changes to current flexible working rules (we’ll provide more detail in a legal update once the regulations are published).
