Emergency Admission Pack
Did you know with Nourish, you can have an Emergency Admission Pack? The Emergency Admission Pack ensures that if the people you support have to go into hospital their essential information goes with them. This means the transition between services is smooth and as stress free as possible for the people you support and that they are able to receive the appropriate care immediately.

Future Care Group: Interview on GP Connect
Future Care Group were one of the first to use the NHS Digital's GP Connect integration within Nourish and have found it invaluable. The feedback from the care teams on the floor has been enthusiastically positive. We sat down with Stacey, Clinical Development Nurse to find out the impact of accessing the GP record within Nourish.
Social Care Digital Transformation Funding: January Events
Did you know there is funding available that would enable to you digitalise your care records? In January there are a number events across the country where Integrated Care Systems’ (ICS) will provide more information about the funding and how to access it. Nourish will also be attending these events so you can find out more about transitioning from paper to digital care planning.
