Strengths Based Approaches Workshops - North Somerset
North Somerset Council are excited to be running 2 free workshops with Research in Practice around strengths based approaches, aimed at registered managers/deputies/team leaders.
The workshop for care homes will be held on the 7th December 10am-12.30pm via Teams
The workshop community based carers will be held on 14th December 10am-12.30pm via Teams
There will be a follow up to these workshops in the new year with a collaborative session around strengths based working for providers, operation adult social care staff and commissioners.
