AbleCare Homes is a South West based family run residential care home company set up in 1983. We offer the choice of six professionally run care homes in Bristol and South Gloucestershire. We provide individually tailored care to suit the needs of each person.

AbleCare Homes believe that every resident has the right to freedom and choice over how they wish to live their lives and believes that they should be enabled to live with as much independence as is possible. Residents are cared for in a courteous and considerate manner, time is taken to get to know people and residents are helped to participate in decision-making about the care and support they receive.
OUR CARE SERVICES
Residents who live in our homes will benefit from highest quality of care in a homely, friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Each resident’s room is individual, resident’s are encouraged to bring their own possessions – furniture, pictures, plants to personalise their private accommodation. We can also offer short breaks, day care and lunch clubs.
OUR LAST CQC INSPECTION REPORT
Thanks to the dedication and hard work of those involved at all levels from Managers to Care Assistants and Domestic and Ancillary Staff we receive good reviews from the Care Quality Commission. The latest reports can be found at www.cqc.org.uk.
RECENT SERVICE DEVELOPMENTS
Recent developments have ranged from the installation of new shower rooms at Rosewood House and Patron House to the implementation of a specially created activity programme to for residents with dementia at Belvedere Lodge. We constantly seek feedback from people who use our service and other interested parties and work to an ethos of continuous improvement.
