This practical two-part programme is designed to help care providers future proof their organisations, strengthen leadership and culture, improve financial understanding, and create sustainable business strategies for long-term success.

Programme Structure
Session 1 – Online Introduction Webinar

This introductory session will explore the six core programme modules:
Leadership & Culture
Corporate Governance
Financial Management
Risk Management
Business Strategy (including sales & marketing)
Operational Strategy
Participants will then complete a benchmark assessment and preparation task ahead of the in-person session.
Session 2 – In Person Strategy Day

This interactive workshop day will focus on developing a practical strategy and action plan to help future proof your care business.

Attendees must be able to attend both the online webinar and the in-person workshop day.
Once places are confirmed, non-attendance without at least 24 hours’ notice may incur a £40 charge.
