Our latest Free Train the Trainer training session will take place on Wednesday 18 March 2026 (09.30-16.30). This one day in-person training is being hosted by Silva Care at their Whitchurch location, and will be delivered by David Beavis from Keys Training.

• Registered Managers

What will the training session cover:

This training will give you the information and resources you need to confidently deliver your own three-hour cultural awareness training session as part of your internal staff training. 

It will provide you with:

• Techniques for facilitating group discussions, especially around sensitive or values-based topics

• Engagement strategies to build confidence and participation

• Troubleshooting tips for common challenges in delivery including how to adapt delivery to support different audiences and their needs.

We will also provide a free lunch for all attendees.

We have 12 places available. Due to session capacity, we may need to limit to one sign up per organisation for each session.
