The workshop will introduce you to the GetUBetter app relating to musculoskeletal matters; we welcome Gavin Ford to talk us through using the app. Kath Young will give us a guided tour of the new C&SW website and then, after the C&SW Annual General Meeting, we will reconvene for Kathy Chillistone and some Time to Reflect- with resources for supporting ourselves and our teams.
