Exhibitor Form

If you are interested in exhibiting at the Care and Support West & BNSSG Conference & Exhibition, please complete the following form. We will reserve your exhibitor space on a first come first serve basis and invoice on receipt of your order. Please note there will be no refunds for cancellations after 30th April 2024.

The stand cost per exhibitor is £750 inclusive of

refreshments for two stand members; additional staff members will be charged £20 per person toward the catering cost
inclusion of your profile and links to your website on the Care and Support Website
inclusion in pre and post-event communications to all delegates
a table (120cm x 60cm) will be provided, plus 2 chairs
