Our annual conference is back this year, live-streamed from Ashton Gate in partnership with the BNSSG Training Hub.

Embracing the Sustainability Challenge
This year’s core theme is sustainability. We feel this is an important discussion in the wake of the pandemic, as the crisis has highlighted huge gaps. We recognise that social care needs reform, funding and fit-for-purpose policymaking to meet rising demands and costs. But how can we achieve this? What should be the priorities?
Our speakers will also discuss wellbeing, workforce development and the importance of equality and diversity. Important people issues we feel must be addressed to protect the care sector in the wake of a pandemic.
