Local Learning
Every quarter we hold multi agency audits, this is a well established process and it is important to share the learning from these. They give a small window on the safeguarding system and include input from all of the key organisations who work with adults and children.

There are lots of resources available to help promote the important message about being able to cope when a baby keeps crying.
Babies cry. You can cope. Never, ever shake a baby
SAR Aidan, published in 2025 identified that practitioners are not always aware of the support available for family carers. The Carer’s Support Centre provides support for carers of all ages and includes a confidential telephone support line, a carers emergency card, one to one support and carers groups.
