We know that for many small businesses, looking after the wellbeing of their workforce is important, but accessing specialist support can sometimes be difficult.
Please see below information about an upcoming webinar introducing Able Futures, a DWP-funded mental health support service available to employees, apprentices and self-employed people.
The service provides up to nine months of confidential support at no cost, helping individuals manage challenges such as stress, anxiety and depression while remaining in work.

How employees can access the service directly.
How SMEs can signpost staff to the support available.
This service is available across England, Scotland and Wales.
