Compass CHC contact

We have been made aware that Providers may have been contacted by a company called Compass CHC requesting information on a client they have.

Compass CHC are a company who charge individuals to challenge the ICB in CHC disputes. Most often these are individual’s (or their family) who are self-funding and instruct Compass to challenge on their behalf. They are a registered company. Our senior staff often encounter them when attending NHS England final stage CHC dispute hearings.

We would suggest that with any request you might get you deal with them as a Subject Access Request (SAR) and refer to whoever manages data protection/GDPR in your organisation. You would then follow your own process for people to raise a SAR.
