Care & Support West CEO David Smallacombe Recognised in the Most Influential CEO Awards 2026

Care & Support West is proud to announce that our Chief Executive Officer, David Smallacombe, has been named a winner in the Most Influential CEO Awards 2026, Health & Social Care (UK).

The award recognises David’s leadership in championing the voice of care providers and raising the profile of the social care sector across the region. Through his work with local authorities, health partners and national organisations, David continues to ensure that the perspectives and experiences of care providers are heard at local, regional and national levels.

Supported by a highly capable Board, David has helped ensure that Care & Support West remains the representative association of choice for local authorities and the local Integrated Care Board. Under his leadership, the organisation continues to strengthen its role as a trusted partner for the sector.
