Care and Support West’s Collaborative Shift Management project demonstrates significant impact for care providers – seeking new partners

Care and Support West have partnered with Bemlo, a smart, easy to use digital workforce solution focussing on the filling of vacant shifts more efficiently and easily.

We have already successfully piloted the solution with three care providers, all have reported  significant benefits, including:

1. Reduced staffing costs (agency spend and shift management)

2. Maximising workforce capacity

3. Improved staff wellbeing

4. Skills development and increased confidence

5. Improved staff retention

We are seeking new partners to join the project. We have some funding available to offer a free pilot for up to 3 months giving providers the opportunity to test the solution and realise the benefits for themselves.
