Regional event aimed at small and medium providers

We are pleased to share with you a virtual engagement event aimed at small and medium employers on 20th November, 10.00 – 1.00.

The agenda so far will include the following:

• Developing and retaining your workforce: the care workforce pathway, the power of training and qualifications.

• Diversifying your business and supporting sustainability

• Workforce planning: thinking about what the size and shape of the workforce will need to be in the future

There are opportunities to be involved in the event and facilitate a local breakout session. It would be an opportunity to share the offers of support that your respective organisations deliver and to hear from providers about their key challenges, discuss potential solutions and share good practice. The break out session would last for about half an hour.
