We are running our next Physical Activity Raising Awareness Workshop on Tuesday 2nd July, 10am-12 at Castlewood Council offices in Clevedon.
1 in 4 people would be more active if recommended by a health professional. This free workshop is for individuals who work directly with the community and can offer advice and guidance on how to build activity into your daily life.
Topics covered include: physical activity benefits, recommendations, risks of inactivity, why we are inactive, activity statistics and local provision to get active.
