Capacity Tracker - Changes to COVID and Visiting Questions

The NHS are always looking at ways to develop Capacity Tracker to ensure it continues to be a useful and effective tool for Adult Social Care data and continues to add meaningful insight for the wider local teams, DHSC and NHSE colleagues. 

They are undertaking a survey to understand what, if any, impact the proposed changes to Visiting Questions (Care Home only) & the cessation of collecting Covid Data (both Care Home & Home Care) might have on your service.

They truly value your opinion and feedback and would appreciate if you could spare 10 minutes of your time to complete the Survey before a final decision is made.

The short survey consists of 12 questions and it will remain open until Midday Friday 17th May 2024.
