Supported Independence Ltd are currently working on the following project: https://www.bristol.ac.uk/primaryhealthcare/researchthemes/avoncapgp2/

They work extensively with the NIHR Clinical Research Network, part of there work is the ENRICH agenda to increase research/collaboration in the care sector.

They have a limited list of care settings that can join AvonCap GP2, and will approach any setting that has residents who are patients with the following 6 GP practices:

  • Concord Medical Centre - Little Stoke

  • Courtside Medical Centre - Yate

  • Montpelier Health Centre - Bristol

  • Pioneer Medical Centre - Bristol

  • Tyntesfield Medical Centre - Nailsea & Backwell

  • Wellspring Surgery - Bristol.
