At an annual general meeting of the Company duly convened and held at The Resound Centre, Blackhorse Rd, Emersons Green, Bristol BS16 9BP at 14:45, the following resolution was duly passed as a special resolution.

SPECIAL RESOLUTION
THAT, with effect from the conclusion of the meeting the draft articles of association appended to this Resolution and posted on the website of the Company be adopted as the articles of association of the Company in substitution for, and to the exclusion of, the existing articles of association.
