Learning disability and autism training: Oliver McGowan draft code of practice consultation

CQC-registered providers must make sure their staff receive learning disability and autism training appropriate to their roles. A recently published draft code of practice is a step towards supporting this obligation.

Views are encouraged from individuals speaking from their own perspective, on behalf of others or representing organisations. The feedback gathered will inform the final version of the code.
