Workforce Redesign Project
Coproduce Care are working on a project with Care and Support West to investigate the value of enhanced integration among social care providers, health services, and local authority’s partners. They are running a survey to find out how you work across both social care and health in BNSSG, what you need to be able to work more collaboratively, what are the barriers to this way of working, and what solutions can you think of that would improve both your terms and conditions at work, and the quality of care you provide.
They want to hear from all types of professionals who work across social care and health in BNSSG about their individual experiences at work.
