Better Security Better Care Update

Videos & Case Studies

Are you or your contacts at Care Week conference, 22-23 March Birmingham?

If yes, we are considering filming a series of short interviews. We are particularly interested in care providers who would be willing to share their experiences of a cyber attack, dom care services and/or SMEs who have seen the benefits of using the DSPT.

We know the request for care providers to talk about cyber attacks can be sensitive. So we can potentially tell the story anonymously – but we want to ensure it’s a real one. Please contact iris.steen@digitalsocialcare.co.uk or stephanie.johnson@digialsocalcare.co.uk to discuss.

Help us to better understand who care providers most rely on to deliver their services

We want to better understand the products and services that care providers use and how critical they are to delivering care services. Cyber attacks on businesses across all sectors are becoming more prevalent, and if a supplier to a care provider is affected this could have a serious impact on the people they care for, their staff, and their business.

Better Security Better Care is conducting a survey to build a picture of critical suppliers in the Adult Social Care sector. This will help us to develop better support for care providers to manage risks and improve resilience.

The survey is live until 10th March and will take around 10 minutes, we’d be really grateful if you could share this with your members: share your views today.
